Everything You Need To Know Before Ordering
Restore Faded Memories With Confidence
We carefully transform old, damaged, or faded photos into timeless custom artwork while preserving the people and details that matter most.
Can you restore damaged or faded old photos?
Yes. Our artists can often improve faded, scratched, low-contrast, or lightly damaged vintage photos while carefully preserving the original people and emotional details that make the image meaningful. Even older black-and-white photos can often be beautifully transformed into timeless artwork.
What kind of old photos work best?
Clear, uncropped photos with visible faces usually produce the best results. However, many vintage photos with slight fading, grain, or age-related wear can still work beautifully. We recommend uploading the highest-quality version you have available.
Can you work with black-and-white photos?
Absolutely. Black-and-white and vintage photographs are some of our favorite pieces to transform. Our artists carefully preserve the original character, emotion, and timeless feeling of the photo while turning it into elegant custom artwork.
Will the portrait still look like the original people?
Yes. Preserving the likeness, facial features, and emotional connection of the original photo is one of our highest priorities. We create artwork that feels true to the people in your photo while giving it a refined artistic style.
Can I preview the artwork before printing?
Yes. We provide a preview of your artwork before production begins so you can review the design and request small adjustments if needed. We want you to feel completely confident before your portrait is printed.
What if my photo is blurry or low quality?
Don’t worry — many older photos naturally have lower resolution or slight blur due to age. Our artists can often improve and enhance vintage images during the restoration process. If your photo has serious quality issues, we’ll always do our best to advise you before production.
How long does restoration and shipping take?
Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days for artwork creation and review. Shipping times depend on your location, but most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days after approval.
